Our Commitment to Safety

Empire Rugby Club adheres to the requirements set forth by USA Rugby and Southern California Youth Rugby. Each head coach of each age group team is a certified level 200 coach. Being a certified level 200 coach means the coach has undergone training in how to treat head injuries, safe training techniques, how to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for players and how to detect physical and emotional abuse. In addition, each Coach has undergone an FBI criminal records search.

In addition to the requirements for USA Rugby and Southern California Youth Rugby, Empire Rugby Club is committed to its values of respect, honor and pride. This includes always striving to keep players in a safe and enriching environment.
